How to Return an Order

For orders placed on or after November 16th, the return policy will be extended through January 15th.

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number: Complete the RMA form here, and you’ll receive a response within 1-2 business days. Please submit your request before the return policy expires to ensure enough time for processing. Logging into your account beforehand will auto-fill most of the form.
  2. Ship the Item Back: Follow the provided instructions to return the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance. For guidance on secure shipping see below.
  • Return Shipping Tips & Advice

    • Recommended Carrier: Use the U.S. Postal Service, which offers affordable expedited shipping. Insurance covers up to $5,000 for Priority and Express Mail, and up to $25,000 for Registered Mail. For UPS, the insurance limit is $500 for jewelry, and FedEx offers up to $1,000.
    • Labeling: Do not label the package with terms like "Jewelry," "Moissanite," "Diamonds," or similar.
    • Packaging: Always use a box, as padded envelopes are insufficient. Place the jewelry in a ring box, ideally within the original Moissanite bag. Ensure it is secured to prevent movement during transit.
    • Sealing: Thoroughly seal the box to ensure its security.
  • Rings

    1. RMA Number Required: Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
    2. 30-Day Return Policy: Items must be returned and received within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.
    3. Security Tag: The original security tag must be attached to the unworn item. Removal or reattachment voids the return.
    4. Condition: Items must be in new condition, without visible wear. Altered items (e.g., resized rings) are ineligible for return.
    5. Ring Size Restrictions: Women's rings sized above 8.5 or below 4.0 (British H or Q 1/2) are considered special orders and can only be returned for ring sizing or warranty repair. Contact us for exceptions.
    6. Custom/Special Orders: Custom and special order rings are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Earrings & Pendants

    1. RMA Number Required: Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
    2. 30-Day Return Policy: Items must be returned and received within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.
    3. Condition: Items must be in new condition, without visible wear.
    4. Custom/Special Orders: Custom and special order rings are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Bracelets

    1. RMA Number Required: Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
    2. 30-Day Return Policy: Items must be returned and received within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.
    3. Condition: Items must be in new condition, without visible wear.
    4. Sized Bracelets: Custom bracelet lengths requested by the customer and not available online are final sale.
  • Loose Stones

    1. RMA Number Required: Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
    2. 30-Day Return Policy: Items must be returned and received within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.
    3. A $50 fee applies for lost gemological certificates, such as IGI diamond certifications.
  • Store Credit

    Items purchased with store credit can be returned for warranty repair or ring sizing only.

  • Exchanges

    For exchanges, a $15 shipping fee applies if the new order is less than $250 more than the original price. For international orders, the full shipping fee is required.

  • Restocking / Processing Fees

    To provide a wide selection of jewelry at below-retail prices, we apply a small restocking/processing fee to returned orders. Without this fee, we would need to raise prices or reduce our product offerings.

    Restocking/Processing Fees for Refunds:

    1. Gold and Platinum: 5%
    2. Special Order Loose Stones: 2.5%

    Exchanges: No restocking fee for exchanges of equal or greater value. If an exchanged item is returned, fees apply to both orders. Eternity rings are excluded (see above).

    Loose Stones: No fee for returning a single loose stone. For multiple stones purchased and returned within 30 days, a 2.5% fee applies.

    There is a $50 replacement fee for lost IGI certifications.

    Additional Fees:

    • IGI Certification Replacement: $50
    • Shipping upgrades and international shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes Extend Shipping Insurance.
    • Undeliverable or refused packages: $50 fee. For international returns, the full FedEx return shipping cost will be deducted, which may exceed the original shipping fee.

  • Custom Orders

    Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

    • Special metal requests not offered as standard options or marked as "Special Order".
    • Rings with custom or personalized engravings.
    • Items labeled as "Special Order" on our website.
    • Special requests for colored gemstones not typically available for the purchased item.
    • Setting our stones in customer-provided jewelry or customer stones in our jewelry.
    • Items created upon customer request that are not normally available on our website or require new models.
    • Soldered or welded rings.
    • Matching bands purchased separately from engagement rings.
    • Custom design fees for canceled custom orders.
    • Special size or shape Moissanites or lab diamonds not normally offered and ordered at customer's request
  • Order Cancellations

    • To cancel an order, contact us via email or through the RMA form link at the top of the page. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
    • If production has started on your order, a restocking fee will apply.
    • For Affirm payments, a 5% cancellation fee applies, regardless of production status. This is due to Affirm’s non-refundable 5% loan fee.
    • Special order items incur a 20% cancellation fee.
    • Custom design and CAD fees are non-refundable, even if the custom order is canceled before completion
    • Layaway orders canceled more than 30 days after the initial payment will be charged a 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value).
    • If a package is refused at delivery, return shipping costs and any duties paid will be deducted from your refund. Please note, international returns can be expensive, as our FedEx discount applies to outbound shipments only.
  • Additional Layaway Terms

    We require a minimum payment of 10% per month. If regular payments are not made, the order may be canceled, and payments will be converted to store credit. Orders not paid off within 6 months become non-cancellable and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

    For cancellations made more than 30 days after the initial down payment, a 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) applies. If canceled after 6 months, all payments will be converted to store credit.
