How It Works

Select

Choose four replica rings from our Home Try-On collection. Your package—complete with sample rings and helpful information—will ship via UPS and arrive within 1–3 business days.

Try

Try on the rings, take photos, and show them off to your friends and family. Get to know the styles you love! Whether or not you find a ring you love, there is no obligation to purchase.

Return

Using the return label provided, package all four rings and drop off at your nearest UPS store by Day 7. Now, you can shop and build your dream ring via MoissaniteCo.com. We will craft it for you in 10–15 business days and ship it.

  • What is the cost?

    Participating in our Home Try-On program won't cost you a thing. We do ask for a security deposit for each ring, which we'll happily refund once we receive your return package. Keep in mind that while the first Home Try-On is on us, any additional try-on orders not accompanied by a purchase will come with a non-refundable $40 fee.

  • What about quality and size?

    Sample rings are crafted with Moissanite simulants. The average ring size is 6 - 7 and center stone size varies from style-to-style. These samples come as they are and cannot be customized for ring size, metal type, center stone shape or size.

  • How does shipping work?

    All packages are sent via UPS Ground or 3 Day Service and arrive within 1–3 business days. At this time, we only ship Home Try-On orders within the United States. Only one (1) Home Try-On package allotted per customer at a single time. Packages need to be put in the mail no later than 7 days from when they are received.

Terms and Conditions

MoissaniteCo.com provides a simple and convenient Home Try-On program , allowing you to test out up to four engagement ring designs at home. Select your favorite styles from our Home Try-On collection, and we'll send them directly to you via UPS in 1-3 days, complete with a pre-paid label for easy returns.

This program is currently available to domestic customers only. We limit it to one trial package per customer or address at a time. If you wish to place additional trial orders without making a purchase, a non-refundable fee of $40 will be charged after the first complimentary trial.

The Home Try-On rings feature simulant stones and come as is, without options for customization. A deposit is required for each ring in the program, serving as a security measure to ensure the rings are returned on time and in their original condition. Should you return the samples as agreed, within 7 days and undamaged, this deposit will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

By participating in our Home Try-On program, you agree to return the rings in their original state by the end of the seventh day using the provided return label and packaging. Failure to return the rings, or returning them damaged, lost, or stolen, will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

To avoid any charges, ensure your trial package is sent back to MoissaniteCo by the seventh business day following its delivery. If the return day falls on a weekend or holiday, simply return it at a UPS store the next business day. We're flexible—if you need more time, contact us at help@moissaniteco.com to arrange a new return date.
